4. MARI® and Personal Development Disclaimer

MARI® assessments, Reiki, Ritual Energy Work, and Home Organizing are reflective and insight-based processes. They are intended to support self-awareness and personal development.

• Guarantee specific outcomes

• All decisions made following a session remain your personal responsibility.

5. Payments & Cancellations

Phoenix Rising Lightwork – Texas

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be charged in full and/or deducted from any prepaid package.

For clients who have purchased session bundles, late cancellations or missed appointments will be deducted from the remaining sessions in the package.

Exceptions may be made in cases of verifiable emergency (such as sudden illness or family emergency) at the sole discretion of Phoenix Rising Lightwork.

If you arrive late, your session will conclude at the originally scheduled time.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Phoenix Rising Lightwork accepts:

• Credit card

• ACH bank transfer

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

No refunds are provided for services rendered.

Prepaid sessions and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required under Texas law.

6. Limitation of Liability

By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All services provided are complementary wellness services and not medical, psychological, or licensed mental health treatment.

• You are voluntarily participating in services.

• You assume full responsibility for your personal decisions, actions, and outcomes.

• Phoenix Rising Lightwork shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in services, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from services or website use shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Texas.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phoenix Rising Lightwork shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of this website

• Participation in services

• Reliance on information provided
