Hello and welcome—I’m Liz Heyde, founder of Phoenix Rising Lightwork. I’m so glad you’re here.
Creating this work has been a long-held dream, shaped by my own journey toward a more aligned, peaceful, and fulfilling life. I feel deeply honored to support others as they reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and ease.
A pivotal moment on my path came during a MARI® Assessment at Canyon Ranch in 2013. At the time, I was over 20 years into a successful corporate career that had become increasingly stressful and unfulfilling. While I hadn’t fully admitted it to myself, I felt stuck in something that no longer resonated.
During that session, without any prior discussion, the practitioner reflected something back to me with striking clarity: that my career, as I had known it, was complete—and it was time to move in a new direction. It was both confronting and deeply validating. It gave voice to what I already sensed but hadn’t yet been able to fully face.
It took time to embrace that truth, but it ultimately led me here.
My experiences with MARI® were so profound that I felt called to become a practitioner and share this work with others. From that calling, Phoenix Rising Lightwork was born. Over time, I expanded my offerings to include Reiki, Ritual Energy Work, and Home Organizing—modalities that support not only insight, but real, lasting integration in both life and environment.
It’s important to me to offer the kind of ongoing support I once needed myself.
Energy Healing and Insight Work in Austin
Phoenix Rising Lightwork, founded by Liz Heyde, offers Reiki energy healing, MARI® assessments, Ritual Energy Work, and Home Organizing in the Austin, Texas area.
Liz works with individuals seeking greater clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful personal transformation. Her holistic approach supports both deep inner insight and practical alignment in daily life—helping clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater ease.
Liz’s path to this work began through her own healing journey. She discovered that when the body relaxes and the mind quiets—allowing gentle access to the subconscious—profound transformation becomes possible. Through this experience, she developed a deep respect for the body’s natural wisdom and the powerful shifts that occur when we are given space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect.
Services & Sessions
Liz is a trained MARI® practitioner and certified Reiki healer. She also offers Ritual Energy Work and Home Organizing, providing integrative support for those navigating life transitions, seeking deeper insight, or ready to release patterns that no longer serve them.
Her work blends subconscious insight, gentle energy practices, and practical support within your daily environment. Liz creates a grounded, compassionate space where clarity and change can unfold naturally—both internally and in the spaces you live in.
Liz’s office is conveniently located in the Austin metro area.
MARI® Assessments are offered in person, either at Liz’s office or in your home
Reiki and Ritual Energy Work are available in person or remotely via Zoom
Home Organizing takes place in your home
